Our Beloved Salsa Greg (Greg Gomez) passed away on Thanksgiving day of this year (2011). He fell to cancer. He fought long and hard and never let us know just how much he was going through. We would also like to let you know that he was able to donate his Cornea’s to someone who needed them, so today someone is able to see through Greg’s eyes. We will all miss him dearly. We hope you enjoy this video in his memory.

Shoot! They canceled the Vacaville ICS Chili/Salsa cook off. We guess the competition was too scared. Can’t say we blame them. We’ll try for the Fairfield cook off, but either way, we’ll have our first video episode out this week. So stay tuned!
Our debut video is just a few weeks away, so watch for it soon. We are going to enter into the International Chili Society Vacaville Salsa/Chili cook off in August. Wish us luck! Our first video will follow the event. In the meantime, let us know about anything else we may be interested in!
